Ham Salad Spread

Ham Salad can be used as an appetizer, a dip, or as a sandwich spread.

This is a recipe that helps uses up left over easter ham or use a ham slice. We like it for quick snacking or sandwich making. It’s just like from the deli counter at the grocery store only better because you control the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups cooked ham, very finely diced (1 Woodbridge ham slice works great for this)

1 Tbsp. finely diced dill pickle (bread and butter pickle works well too)

1 Tbsp. finely diced yellow onion (I used red onion)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine ham, pickles, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  2. Cover and chill the ham salad in the refridjerator until ready to serve.

  3. Serve with crackers or chips. Spread it on your favorite bread and eat it like a sandwich

ENJOY!
